You can access your order information at any time, 24/7, in real time, within a private encrypted area on our secure servers. In addition, each purchase will automatically generate a complete invoice. You can then download the orders from your secure login area.

• Your customers can track their own orders on our online tracking system; significantly decreasing your customer service calls. (Service is optional) To use this service, you must upload order statuses daily through your web order center.

Additional Services

Additional 800 numbers - You can add additional 800 numbers for marketing, sales and customer tracking purposes for only a $2.00 monthly maintenance fee per number. Each number generates separate customer and sales tracking reports. This is very useful if you wish to track different marketing campaigns or are acquiring customers through multiple sources e.g. an e-commerce site, an auction site, and an e-mail campaign.

Affiliate Program 800 numbers - You can add additional 800 numbers to provide to your affiliates for tracking of commissions and sales for only a $2.00 monthly maintenance fee per number. Each number generates separate customer and sales tracking reports.

Additional Campaigns - Additional campaigns can be added for a $199.00 each. Additional campaigns are useful for companies who own multiple store fronts, are testing new markets, or are marketing different product offers/prices.

Our automated signup script provides all the features necessary for most companies to set up their live operator order processing service. However, some companies may need more specialized services. Examples are:

Companies with a large number of products:
Our automated "add products" feature requires that each product, style, price and description be entered individually. Companies may prefer to have our technical specialists access their existing product database and upload in bulk.

Companies who need to track inventory in real-time:
Some companies require real-time inventory tracking and will need our technical specialists to create a custom script that integrates with their existing inventory database.

Companies who would prefer features that are not available in our automated script:
Although our script provides all the features necessary for most companies, some may wish to have our technical specialists create customized scripts specifically tailored to their needs.
