You are at the home page of the automated script creation process.  Here you will create the script that our operators will use to take your customers orders and provide customer care.  Your credit card information, toll-free numbers and personal information are not available to our operators.  In all other sections that require you to enter information, you will be entering information that our operators will be accessing and using.  Be careful to enter complete and descriptive information so our operators can provide the highest quality of service.

The following links allow you to define each section of your campaign in the order of your choice. After you complete a section you will be sent back to this page and a green check mark will appear next to that section to show it has been completed. All sections in the "Company Client Area" must be checked completed in order for you to activate your campaign script except for "Product Upsells" which is optional.

You may return and modify these sections at any time and add new campaigns, products, toll-free numbers and upsells.  Once a campaign has been activated the campaign and product names cannot be changed and no new products or upsells may be associated with that campaign.  However, you may modify the details of the product/offer, or add and remove toll-free numbers.  If you modify an active campaign, there will be a 3 day processing time before the changes are activated with our operators.

IMPORTANT: To activate or deactivate a campaign script you must go to the “Activate/Deactivate a Script”link in the Script Area.

Script Area

The following links allow you to see how your campaign script(s) will look to our operators and activate or deactivate scripts. You may have multiple campaigns active at once and idle campaigns as well. You must activate a campaign script before it is sent to our operators. There is a 3 day processing time from when you activate a script until it is activated with our operators:
